Complete pellet production plant.

The plant has an average production capacity of 4.5 t/h of pellets.

The line, installed in Valtellina, Province of Sondrio, is fully equipped with all components necessary for the pelletizing process:

- A section dedicated to loading the raw material (sawdust or wood chips with a particle size smaller than G40) and its storage inside a 100 m³ silo.
- A second section dedicated to drying the raw material using a rotary dryer powered by a pellet burner, complete with a cyclone bag filter for dust abatement.

The line also includes a storage station for dry material ready for pelletizing.

The pelletizing station features 2 pellet mills, each with a capacity of 2.5 t/h, installed in parallel.

There are also a cooling line and a bagging station, ending with a palletizer to prepare finished pallets ready for forklift unloading.

The plant is fully managed by software from a control room, with the exception of loading and unloading of raw materials and finished product, as well as pellet mill start-up and shutdown operations.

The plant is equipped with a fully certified electrical system. It also includes a reception cabin and a transformer station, both equipped with control panels and transformer. Total installed power: 500 kW. Average power consumption: 220 kW.

We are interested in selling either the plant as a whole or the entire company or a majority stake.

There are ongoing renewable contracts with local sawmills for the supply of top-quality fir sawdust.
A sales contract is in place for the resale of the entire pellet production with a leading Italian distributor.
