HYDRAULIC PRESS FOR EDGE GLUING OF WOODEN ELEMENTS HSKG
Category: VI – Hydraulic presses for gluing wooden elements
The HSKG device is designed for high-pressure gluing of wooden components cut in thickness, using hydraulic cylinders. The compression force range per cylinder is 5-11 kN (horizontal) and 25-55 kN (vertical). Gluing takes place in a stack within the loading field dimensions. The stack is formed by hydraulic pressing between movable vertical beams and vertical slats of the cross cylinders. Both stack-forming elements are equipped with wooden or metal inserts matching the profile of the slat stack.
