Machine Body
Heavy-gauge welded steel plate construction, reinforced with structural steel profiles ensuring high stability and durability of the base. The body houses tanks for oil and coolant fluid. Receiving table at the work vice, dimensions: 800x500 mm.
Arm Guidance
Vertical columns made from suitably selected steel profiles. Arm guidance via precision roller guides with preload. Arm movement is controlled by two ball screws mechanically coupled with reducers and a servo motor. The machine will feature a hydraulic mechanism to relieve the ball screws holding the arm, minimizing pressure on the ball screw nuts, resulting in prolonged operational life. Using a ball-screw arm feed drive provides constant control of the feed rate, especially at minimum cutting speeds, with feed speed parameter set from the control panel. The machine will be equipped with an arm descent speed measurement displayed on the panel, as well as bend control. The band tracking control (bend control) will be linked with the arm feed drive mechanism: should the blade deviate, the feed speed is automatically adjusted; when the blade returns to its correct position, the feed speed automatically resets to its original value. If the set deviation limit (for angled cutting) is exceeded, the machine automatically stops the cutting process and signals the issue visually (signal lamp).
