The boiler is in excellent condition as shown in the pictures. Barely used; the boiler body is insulated with fireclay bricks. The device is being sold due to the closure of the manufacturing plant.

It is not currently in operation, but cold tests have been conducted. Testing under operating conditions is not possible.

The boiler operates automatically. Fuel is conveyed into the combustion chamber via an auger. The combustion chamber features an underfeed, slanted grate system (not moving), and uses both primary and secondary air. In the “afterburner” section, the flue gas mixes with fresh air. Fresh air enters on the left side of the boiler and its amount—as well as the dryer air temperature—is regulated by an electrically actuated butterfly valve.
