The undersigned, DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County, VAT no. RO27987796, registration no.: 2A0522, represented by insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian, acting as the court-appointed liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. - in bankruptcy, with registered office in Dej, 6 Dumbrava Roșie Street, ground floor, apt. 1, Cluj County, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J12/2389/2016, company registration code 36225390, appointed under the Civil Ruling no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025, rendered by the Specialized Court of Cluj in case no. 442/1285/2025,
is organizing a public auction with ascending price calls for the individual sale of the assets listed herein.
The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County. In the event of no sale, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same hour.
For inspection of the assets, the liquidator will schedule a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00-14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the liquidator and express their intention to participate prior to the scheduled date.
Upon adjudication, the liquidator will issue a fiscal invoice for the value of the awarded assets. The price conversion into RON will be made on the invoice issuance date, using the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania for that date.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.
The auction documentation (“caiet de sarcini”) for participating in the auction will be prepared by the liquidator in accordance with industry practice, it will contain the auction rules, and shall be sold by the insolvency practitioner for the price of 500 RON + VAT for assets valued up to 5,000 EUR and 1,000 RON + VAT for assets above 5,000 EUR. The documentation can be acquired at the office of the liquidator, or by phone and subsequently sent to the participant by e-mail.
The bidding deposit is set at 10% of the starting price. This amount, together with the registration documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the auction date at the liquidator’s office. The bidding deposit will be deducted from the purchase price for the successful bidder and refunded to non-winning participants.
In the case of identical bids, the successful bidder will be the person who commits to pay the total price in the shortest period.

The deadline for payment is 5 working days from the moment of adjudication. Should full payment not be made, the winning bidder will forfeit the deposit paid as security and will not be allowed to participate in subsequent auctions.
