The machine stand of the Profit H350 16.30 is made from thick-walled, electro-welded steel box sections. The internal steel ribbing provides high stability.

- X-axis guidance system:
The drive of the X-axis gantry is via a helical, crowned rack and pinion – providing maximum precision. The reduction gear ensures top machining quality and repeatability. The carriage runs on encapsulated recirculating ball shoes on hardened and ground linear guides.

- Y-axis guidance system:
The carriage uses encapsulated recirculating ball shoes on hardened and ground linear guides. The Y-axis is positioned via a ground recirculating ball screw.

- Z-axis guidance system:
The carriage uses encapsulated recirculating ball shoes on hardened and ground linear guides. The Z-axis is positioned via a ground recirculating ball screw.

- Automatic central lubrication:
Grease is supplied in a controlled manner to the guide carriages of the X, Y, and Z axes, as well as the ball screws for the Y and Z axes. The lubrication cycle is automatically executed at preset intervals.
