The Foudila Deck Nailing Machine DNM-153 is a compact, flexible, and efficient system for the production of boards for the pallet industry – offering outstanding value for money. Thanks to its high production speed, user-friendly design, and large board magazines, the machine is ideally suited for manufacturing both standard and special products in small and large batches – all with just one operator. Over 1,000 decks can be produced per shift.

The machine is equipped with three nailing units, each featuring magazines for large nail coils. Each nailing pattern can contain 1–3 nails and can be stapled if required. The boards are loaded into magazines with large buffers – three cassettes for blocks/bottom boards and one cassette for deck/top boards. The machine is controlled and programmed via modern, user-friendly software operated on a 10" touchscreen with Beckhoff control system.

Thanks to its compact design, the machine requires only a very small footprint in production and enables quick and straightforward installation, as it can be delivered fully pre-assembled.

The machine can, of course, be equipped with a finished product conveyor, an automatic stacker, and an automatic board feeding system. These options can also be retrofitted, allowing for phased investment.
