Oy Foudila Ab is a company based in Kaskinen, Finland, with over 45 years of experience in wood handling. For the past 15 years, we have also been active in the pallet industry and have developed numerous machines for nailing, automatic wood conveying, and stacking over the years. We manufacture both standard machines and custom solutions tailored to the customer's requirements.

The LNM3500 is a flexible, compact, and efficient pneumatic nailing machine for producing blocks (legs) for pallet manufacturing. It features a user-friendly software program, enabling rapid changeovers and the storage of settings for over 100 different leg types. The machine is equipped with three Bostitch nail guns with jumbo coil magazines and indicators. Leg production with 2–30 blocks per leg is possible. The unit comes with a large cassette for boards. Safety enclosure provides noise reduction and secure operation. The machine is operated via a 10-inch touchscreen and utilizes a Beckhoff control system.

The machine can be optionally equipped with an optimized block saw and automatic block infeed system. The block saw can be mounted either on the rear or on the side of the nailing machine.

- Blocks: Length 60–150 mm, Width 60–125 mm, Height 50–100 mm

The leg nailing machine can also be fitted with an automatic stacker for finished legs.
