Franz Haas Wafer Stick Baking Oven Model EWB 1/1 after complete overhaul.

The machine is made of ASIS 304 stainless steel (main frame in carbon steel).

The oven features a rotary ring, which allows adjustable speed control to achieve the desired wafer bake quality.
The ring has been cleaned and checked (re-centered); supports and bearings are new.
Fans have been replaced with new ones.
New chimney outlet with flange – for quick installation.

The machine is equipped with two extruders and dies for band and wafer stick diameter forming.

Equipped with a knife with pneumatic actuator and photoelectric sensor for precise cutting (adjustable wafer stick length).

The oven features a dough tank made from stainless steel, set on a trolley frame.

The oven is equipped with pumps for dough transfer from the tank to the surface of the rotary ring.

Fitted with a new control panel and new gas reducer. Rotary ring and pumps speeds are regulated by frequency inverters.

Dimensions: length 3200 mm, width 1400 mm, height 1700 mm.

The machine is gas-powered, suitable for natural gas, high-methane type, symbol E (formerly GZ 50).

The machine has undergone a full refurbishment.
All thermal components have been replaced with new, eco-friendly ones – resulting in lower gas consumption and improved efficiency.
