On behalf of AEK Pellets AG, Switzerland, we are selling a currently operational and fully functional wood pellet production plant with a capacity of 10 t/h, designed for up to max. 12 t/h.

Dismantling possible from July 20, 2026; later date by arrangement

Commercial terms

Sale ex site, as seen, excluding any warranty and guarantees

CE compliance of the complete plant at new location to be ensured by the buyer

Dismantling and transport is buyer’s responsibility; risk and liability transfer upon start of dismantling

Lifting equipment and export documents provided by the seller

Registration of workforce and insurance certificates to be provided by the buyer

Components not explicitly listed as well as external utilities (power, steam, water, compressed air) are not included

Pellets have so far been produced according to ENplus A1; no guaranteed specification

Liability for consequential damages excluded, technical data subject to change without notice
