We are offering you an immediately available, top-quality thermoforming linear system featuring automatic tool change, rotary table, powerful lower table with spindle drive, tool change station, maintenance platform, hot-melt extraction, heater enclosure, and many other special features, directly from the manufacturer FRIMO.

Most recently, the system was used for the production of automotive door panels. The film itself was coated with hot-melt adhesive. However, the system can also be used for dispersion adhesives (adhesive applied to the carrier parts).

Very large components are possible, with a forming area of up to 800 x 2,000 mm. The maximum forming height is 250 mm. Extremely fast cycle times of less than 60 seconds are easily achievable.

The system was regularly maintained and was in operation until it was dismantled.

Currently, the unit is professionally stored at our facility in Hungary. We have locations worldwide and can support you directly at your site.
