The STUDER S242 is a versatile hard-finishing machining center designed for grinding, turning, and milling operations on medium-size workpieces. It is ideal for complete machining in a single setup – from external and internal grinding to hard turning and drilling/milling with driven tools. With the Studer S242, components in the rotary sector can be finished with extremely high precision. Thanks to its integrated automation, this machine is suitable for both single-part and series production. The S242 is also equipped with a VDI turret featuring driven tools.
