High-quality air pad machine from a renowned manufacturer. Suitable for producing individually defined air-filled protective and cushioning elements from PA and PE film as well as air cushions from paper.

Typically, four air cushions are produced per operating cycle. Various formats can be manufactured. There are 10 programs available for storing multiple parameters. By selecting the corresponding program via the display, air cushions from 4 cm to 16 cm in length and with a user-defined filling level can be produced. The resulting air cushion strips are wound into rolls by a motorized device. When the roll is full, the machine switches off automatically. The finished roll can then be removed manually and used as packaging material.

The machine can be moved on rollers and locked in place using brakes.
