High-quality airpad machine from a renowned manufacturer. Suitable for producing individually defined air-filled protective and cushioning elements from PA and PE film, as well as air cushions made from paper.

Typically, four air pillows are produced per work cycle. Various formats can be manufactured, with 10 programs available for storing multiple parameters. By selecting the relevant program on the display, air cushions from 4 cm to 16 cm in length and with a user-defined filling degree can be produced. The generated air cushion strips are wound into rolls via a motorized unit. Once the roll is full, the machine switches off automatically. The finished roll can then be manually removed and subsequently used as packaging material.
