The Blow–Fill–Cap combi architecture maximises line efficiency by eliminating intermediate conveying, minimising contamination risks and enabling synchronised control of blowing, aseptic filling and capping processes. The system features integrated controls with a central HMI for coordinated format changes and process monitoring. Dry aseptic operation minimises chemical residue and supports rapid restart with reduced utility and energy consumption. Safety guards and interlocks protect operators during production and format changes.

Integration Capability in Production Line
This used industrial packaging line includes upstream and downstream components rated for 48,000 bph output. Integrated conveying connects blow moulder, filler, and bottle dryers, with provisions for downstream labelling and packaging. Format changeovers are facilitated via Combi-level integration for fast switchover within the validated area. The line is ideal for beverage production with sterile handling, including water and milk-based products.
