The GCV series machine is a modern unit that combines the functions of preliminary shredding and final granulation of plastics. This enables various types of plastics—and more—to be processed in a single operation.

The upper section of the machine is responsible for pre-shredding—the material is fed onto rotating knives that precisely cut it. Additionally, a special feeding system ensures efficient material delivery into the machine.

The lower part is the grinding chamber, where the rotor design and feeding method can be adapted depending on the material type, its properties, and the required throughput and final granulate size. Importantly, after the process is complete, the material does not require any additional transportation between devices. The machine features a compact design, saving space and offering an excellent price-to-performance ratio.
