SCOPE OF OVERHAUL:

- Machine completely disassembled, all components thoroughly cleaned and checked for full operability.
- Main spindle fitted with new bearings, runout 3 µm.
- All guideways newly hand-scraped to original factory geometry.
- Wear parts replaced, defective components repaired or replaced.
- Reassembly, complete function test, and in-house acceptance.
- Machine newly painted.
- Machine in excellent, production-ready condition.

MEASURED GEOMETRICAL ACCURACIES:
Current geometric accuracy after overhaul, measurements performed using a dial gauge.
