CNC-Axis Accuracy
1) Machine Ram (Y1, Y2) – Synchronization Precision:
The ram movement axes control bending depth and angle. The system consists of the CNC controller, two glass scales (Y1, Y2) installed on the machine table, electro-hydraulic proportional valves, and an amplifier. A closed-loop control system monitors and regulates the relative position between ram and table, as well as the speed and position of the ram. This ensures synchronization and highly accurate depth and angle control.
Positioning accuracy: ±0.02 mm
Repeatability: ±0.02 mm
2) Backgauge (X-Axis):
The forward/backward movement of the X-axis sets the sheet dimension. The backgauge beam is driven by a servomotor and moves the traverse via ball screw and linear guide. The operation is stable and highly precise.
Positioning accuracy: ±0.10 mm
Repeatability: ±0.03 mm
3) Mechanical Crowning System (V-Axis):
The crowning plate is motor-adjusted, forming an arc shape at the compensation points. These compensate for the elastic deformation of the machine table and ram, ensuring perfect angle consistency and workpiece straightness. Position sensors and CNC control provide precise regulation.
