FUNCTIONS
- The raw bar is machined in spindles 1 and 2 with a 12-position turret head.
- Simultaneously, a 2-position frontal turret can operate on this spindle (for drilling or internal boring operations).
- After machining, the drum indexes to the next position.
- The semi-finished part is finish-machined in spindle 3 using a 12-position turret head and is parted off/gripped off.
- Subsequently, the part is finish-machined in the counter-spindle and unloaded by the unloading gripper (with monitoring available).
- The bar is advanced and the drum indexes again.
