TOP storage carousel for 3D film rolls

Our film storage carousels (Lagerpaternoster) are suitable for storing all types of film rolls. They can be used as high-bay storage by the membrane press or as a space-saving 3D film roll warehouse.
With our paternosters, a large quantity of film rolls can be stored in a minimal area of approx. 2.4m x 1.2m (up to 32 rolls with a diameter of 300mm). The required film is available at the push of a button. Our standard paternosters are available in heights from 2.8 meters up to 6.0 meters. Custom solutions are also available; please contact us to find the right storage solution for your requirements.
As optional equipment, we offer centering sleeves, manual or automatic cutting devices, and ionization systems.

• Hanging rods, Ø 42.4mm to max. 76mm
• Side paneling over the entire construction height
• Safety mesh from 2.2m above floor level to top edge of the carousel
• Load chain as a hollow pin chain, breaking force 100 kN, 50mm pitch = supporting rod suspension grid, circulation speed approx. 5.5 m/min
• Operation via key switch with spring return (dead man's control) for up/down movement
• Rated voltage 400V; 3N; 50Hz, supply line with CEKON 16A plug, line protection (customer side) 10A slow-blow
• Please note: installation requires a stable, level and solid floor—floating screed is not suitable. Minimum floor load capacity 2.4 kg/cm²
