Scope of Overhaul Work:
1. Cleaning of machine bodies and application of new paint
2. Replacement with new bearings on: main spindle of tenoner; saw spindle of the press; linear bearings on the tenoner table carriage guide; bearings on conveyor belts.
3. Installation of a new glue nozzle with 3.8 mm pitch on the tenoner body, assembly of a glue tank with safety valve;
4. New conveyor belts
5. Replacement of wiring on machine bodies
6. Replacement of pneumatic hoses for cylinders, solenoid valves, and other pneumatic components in the machines;
7. Replacement of gears and double roller chain on the press’s belt-chain feeder.
8. Refurbishment of electromagnetic brakes on the tenoner
9. Replacement of seals and O-rings (repair kits) in pneumatic cylinders; replacement of worn solenoid valves with new ones.
10. Replacement with new operator panels with graphics on the tenoner control cabinet, press control cabinet, and auxiliary press control panel.
11. Replacement of buttons, indicator lights, and switches on control panels and control boxes. Replacement of terminal boxes with new ones.
12. Replacement of machine and press controlling PLCs, adaptation of the machine control program to user requirements
13. Installation of new frequency inverters on the press rollers and on the outfeed table pusher;
