Operating principle:
The material is fed onto the acceleration belt in the driest, thinnest, preferably single-layer form possible and distributed evenly across the entire belt width.
The sorting roller with spikes picks the mixed paper from the chute. In this process, cardboard is impaled and retained by the spikes. Material (paper) with low rigidity (newspapers, magazines, brochures, etc.) is not retained by the spikes and falls into a paper bunker or onto a discharge belt after leaving the chute. The impaled cardboard is removed from the sorting roller by the ejection shaft and then dropped onto the cardboard discharge belt or into a separate bunker.

Throughput capacity:
Depending on pre-sorting, supply material quality, and machine settings, each unit can process between 10 and 12 tonnes per hour.

Two complete lines are available for sale. Depending on customer requirements, either one unit or both can be purchased. The quoted sale price refers to a single unit.

Remarks:
The units are expected to be dismantled by the end of October and will then be ready for loading. Full documentation (operating manual, CE declaration, electrical/hydraulic wiring diagram) is available. Inspection possible by appointment.
