Die Maschine besteht aus einem Förder-Elevator, der die Produkte schonend anhebt; der Elevator kann entweder mit Kunststoffbechern in Z-Form oder mit einem PU- bzw. PVC-Gurt mit Edelstahlrahmen ausgeführt sein, alternativ kommt für Granulat- oder staubförmige Produkte ein Schnecken-Elevator zum Einsatz. Das Produkt wird einem Mehrkopfwaager mit 10, 14 oder 28 Wägezellen zugeführt. Die Waage steht auf einer speziell konstruierten Edelstahlplattform zur Vibrationsdämpfung. Die Verpackungsmaschine verarbeitet Folien mit unterschiedlichen Stärken, Breiten und Materialien (PE/PE/BOPP/Papier/Aluminium/Nylon) und produziert folgende Beutelarten: Kissenbeutel, Kissenbeutel mit Seitenfalte, Blockbodenbeutel, Quad-Seal-Beutel sowie optional mit Eurolochung. Die Bewegungsabläufe werden von Servomotoren angetrieben, sämtliche Steuerungsparameter lassen sich über einen Touchscreen justieren, alle elektrischen Bauteile stammen von namhaften Herstellern wie Omron oder Siemens. Die Leistung liegt – abhängig vom Gewicht und Volumen – bei 25 bis 80 Beuteln pro Minute. Das Verpackungssystem kann optional mit dem Produktaustragsförderer, einer Etikettiermaschine zum Aufbringen von Etiketten auf die Beutel, Vibrationsdosierer für empfindliche Produkte, Chargen- und Datumdrucker, Schutzgaseinblasung, Metalldetektor für Lebensmittel und einem Drehtisch zur Beutelsammlung erweitert werden.
