The Hartford HCMC-1682 vertical machining center is an ideal solution for medium and large size machining operations that demand high structural rigidity, reliability, and precision. Thanks to its robust construction and ISO 50 spindle, this machine is particularly suitable for roughing and finishing operations on steel, cast iron, and high-strength materials.

Equipped with Hartrol Plus 1 CNC control (Mitsubishi), the machining center features generous axis travels of 1,600 x 820 x 820 mm, allowing for the processing of large components with table load capacities up to 2,200 kg.

The two-range spindle, delivering up to 18.5 kW of power and a maximum speed of 6,000 rpm, ensures excellent metal removal rates and impressive torque at low speeds.

The machine comes equipped with a 40-position automatic tool changer, high-pressure through-spindle coolant, chip conveyor, and a dedicated spindle chiller, making it fully prepared for intensive and continuous production environments.
