HAU T1000

1 overhauled table polishing machine / automatic table polishing machine, make HAU, model T1000 (max. workpiece length 1000 mm), equipped with 1 polishing station model PES/3 and an electrical control cabinet.

The machine table was disassembled, checked for defects (damaged parts were replaced), cleaned and newly painted. The guide shafts were fitted with new bearings and a new gearbox was installed.

1 polishing station, model PES/3, 11 kW (pneumatic lift, 100 mm oscillation AND motorized height adjustment). Maximum wheel width 400 mm, maximum wheel diameter 400 mm. The station was completely disassembled, checked for defects (damaged parts were replaced), cleaned, and newly painted. The polishing shaft was fitted with all new bearings, including the sleeve bearing. The oscillation mechanism was also newly sealed throughout. A new motor, pulleys, and drive belts were installed.

1 new control cabinet for operating the aforementioned system. Table speed and polishing wheel speed are adjustable via frequency converter.
