Deskripsi

1 overhauled table polishing machine / table polishing automatic, make HAU, model T1500 (max. part processing length 1500 mm),
with 1 polishing station model PES/3 and a control cabinet.
The table was dismantled, checked for damage (defective parts were replaced), cleaned, and repainted. The guide shafts were newly mounted and a new gearbox installed.

(pneumatic lift, 100 mm oscillation AND motorized height adjustment).

The station was completely dismantled, checked for damage (defective parts were replaced), cleaned, and repainted.
The polishing shaft was completely newly mounted, including the running bushing bearing.
The oscillation device was also newly sealed throughout.
New motor, belt pulleys, and drive belts installed.

1 new control cabinet for operating the above-described equipment. Table speed and polishing wheel speed adjustable via frequency inverter.
