The sanding machine consists of:

1. Machine frame
For mounting the conveyor bed, with connection points for 1 sanding unit and 1 brushing unit.

2. Conveyor bed
Individual conveyor belts, feed speed adjustable from 5 – 25 m/min, frequency-controlled. Constant working height at 920 mm. Adjustment for workpiece thickness (3–80 mm) by height adjustment of the entire upper machine section. Monitoring of the toothed belts for the lift gearbox at an adjustment speed of 3 mm/s. Includes integrated control cabinets.

3. Industrial PC 21.5"
Capacitive multi-touch color display, 1920 x 1020 resolution, CF card slot, Windows Embedded Standard operating system, with production data acquisition (display of production and downtime). Ethernet connection available.
Program storage for 1,000 programs; motor speed values are saved and automatically set according to selected program.
