Flow-through pasteurizer, electric, with preheating of juice in a coaxial tube heat exchanger

You utilize existing cost-effective energy sources (e.g. solar, heat pump, biogas, etc.), even when the temperature level is insufficient for pasteurization. The remaining increase to pasteurization temperature is achieved electrically (with reduced energy consumption).

* Coaxial tube heat exchanger (CTHE) with thermal insulation (max. 60kW) thermal output
* Mixing unit including circulation pump for stable inlet temperature of the heating water

Electric flow-through pasteurizer:
* Electric heater 13.5 / 18 / 27 / 31.5 kW – 400 V
* Tank (stainless steel), 150 liters, insulated, with stainless steel tube heat exchanger
* Automatic low-temperature cutoff (compressed air required)
* Juice pump, stainless steel
