Herz / Lauber

We are offering a converted overseas container equipped with a Herz Firematic 130 boiler system. The heating system provides 130 kW and is connected to a Lauber heat exchanger. Additional doors have been installed in the heating container for maintenance and inspection, allowing easy access to the unit. The boiler is fueled by wood pellets, and a pellet silo with a capacity of approximately 1.5 tonnes is integrated within the heating container. Both the heating container and the Lauber system must be dismantled prior to transport; however, thanks to the containerized design, they can be loaded easily once that is completed.

The interior of the heating container has been lined and treated with a special coating to prevent the formation of condensation inside. The Lauber unit is a Lauber – Energie-Nutz-Zentrale, type L-ENZ 80+ (5.50 kW fan). Both systems are in excellent condition and have seen only limited use. The current operating hours are 3,577, equivalent to roughly 149 days. Both units were manufactured at the end of 2022 and have been in operation since about May 2023.

What can this system be used for? It is suitable for heating warehouses, buildings, construction sites, etc., and also for drying bulk or natural materials such as wood, wood chips, horse manure, and any bulk or free-flowing materials.
