Clamping, cutting, and face grinding in one operation
The machine is equipped with two parallel grinding spindles — one for separating (cutting) and one for precision face grinding to final dimensions.
The desired workpiece length can be set to an accuracy of 0.01mm on the scale.

Prism clamp opening: Move the center lever to the right and insert the workpiece

Prism clamp closing: Move the lever to the left
Cutting operation: Move the left lever upwards
Face grinding: Move the left lever downwards
Prism clamp opening (final removal): Move the lever to the center and right to remove the finished workpiece.

The grinding wheel can be adjusted and dressed at any time while maintaining the set dimension.

Standard features include motor protection, cover switch, and restart prevention.
