Control system functionality:

The linear scale continuously communicates the position of the ram and ejector to the control unit. The travel path, upper stop point, and the switching point at which the press changes from rapid traverse to working speed—along with the target end position—can all be easily and quickly input via the monitor control.

The working speed can be set in 1 mm/sec increments from 2 to 15 mm, and in 10 mm increments from 15 up to 150 mm.

Additionally, the machine features pressure monitoring, which can either automatically return the ram to the upper position upon reaching the desired pressure, or maintain pressure at the set value (with ±5% tolerance) for a configurable time before opening.

The control system monitors all safety zones, the complete hydraulics, the pumps, and the temperature.

It also controls the synchronization of the main cylinders and compensates for uneven loads accordingly.

The control is housed in an attached electrical cabinet.

Operation of the press itself is performed via an adjustable two-hand control, reducing operator movements.
