The heating plates measure 550x500 mm, electrically heated up to 200°C and thermally insulated from the machine body. The heating plates feature 12 mm T-slots according to DIN 650; slot arrangement customizable as per customer requirements.
Each plate has 2 temperature sensors to ensure heating accuracy within the 500x450 mm zone at ±3°C.
Pressing force is set via a rotary dial in 10 increments.
Return speed is 50 mm/sec.
The two-hand control panel is rotatable and swiveling, attached to the machine frame.
Interior lighting included.
Heating time is freely adjustable.
Heating capacity approx. 12 kW.
Target temperature is freely adjustable.
