Vibration damping pads:

The machine is mounted on 4 specially fabricated damping pads, each measuring 450 x 450 x 85 mm.

Oil tank with oil cooler:
The tank has a capacity of 1500 L. The oil is cooled by a dedicated pump, which activates at 30°C.

Oil filtration system:
Independent of the main and cooling pump, the press is equipped with a dedicated filtration circuit. The pump operates continuously, but only requires 1.5 kW.

Energy-saving function:

If the main pump is not required for a preset period, it switches to energy-saving mode, requiring only approx. 2 kWh. Full power is restored immediately when pressure is needed again.

Safety technology:

Optionally available with SICK or Pilz safety PLCs. The safety light curtains are supplied by the same manufacturer or by the German company SCHMERSAL.

Control cabinet:

40% of the control cabinet space remains available for future installations. All components inside the cabinet are supplied by SIEMENS.

Bolts:

All bolts used on the machine are zinc-plated or yellow galvanized.

Oil tray:

The hydraulic block and pump are positioned in a small oil catch tray to collect oil during maintenance or hose replacement.

Parallelism monitoring:

Both cylinders are monitored via Balluff position measurement systems and SICK draw-wire encoders. Parallelism monitoring is activated at the start of the pressing process. The monitoring accuracy can be set in the control unit. This function is deactivated during idle run. The position on both the left and right exterior of the ram is measured by two SICK draw-wire encoders. The control opens or closes the cylinder oil flow via special high-speed valves. The achievable parallelism accuracy across the full width is less than 1 mm.
