We have designed the CF/VR series motorized C-frame hydraulic presses with a range of three different capacities, from 80 to 150 tons.
Specially engineered for medium and high-volume work in stamping, punching, and deep drawing applications.
The latest generation CF/VR series hydraulic presses have evolved to offer versatile functionalities, including the ability to integrate these machines into automated production lines.
They operate at hydraulic pressures below 290 BAR to ensure greater durability of the entire hydraulic system.

FRAME AND TABLES:
The CF/VR series hydraulic C-frame presses feature a fully welded structure made exclusively from S355JR steel. After welding, the frame is stabilized and machined to guarantee perfect parallelism and precision. The structure is calculated and designed using finite element analysis software, ensuring our consistently high standards of accuracy and quality.
They are equipped with a machined upper and lower table made of C45E steel with DIN 650 T-slots. The upper table ensures perfect parallelism via four 50 mm diameter cylindrical lateral guides with maintenance-free bimetallic anti-friction bushings.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT:
Main single-acting cylinder with honed barrel, chromed piston, and maintenance-free wear-resistant guides.
For rapid approach and return, two double-acting side cylinders are installed, also with honed barrels, chromed pistons, and wear-resistant guides, providing high-speed movement for both approach and return phases.

The motorized hydraulic unit includes a pre-fill valve for fast approach and return, and a fixed-flow pump for constant working speed.
Includes check valve, pressure relief valve, cylinder decompression valve, and an air-oil cooling system.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AND SAFETY:
Equipped as standard with a SIEMENS PLC model SIMATIC S7 1200 and a 7'' swivel touchscreen control panel, model MPT-700. Allows programming of force, cylinder stroke, and speeds, with a storage capacity of 300 memory slots.
Electrical and hydraulic controls are redundant and self-monitored. Additional integrated safety block and self-monitoring safety devices are included for operating and safety functions. Includes verification and certification of correct operation and safety distances for the light curtains.
The press is operated via a low-voltage electric foot pedal.
To ensure operator safety, Category 4 PLe safety light curtains are installed at the front working area, with two fixed side guards featuring polycarbonate windows and LED internal lighting.
Supplied with an operating manual.
Compliant and meets all essential health and safety requirements according to CE standards.
