We have developed motorized screw pumps of the CR/SERVO series with low consumption and 60% energy savings. Specifically designed for high-production tasks in stamping, forming/drawing, and punching operations.

The latest generation CR-SERVO presses have evolved with numerous application options, including the possibility of integrating these units into fully automatic production lines.

STRUCTURE:
The steel frames of this series are constructed from an electro-welded structure made exclusively from S355JR steel. They are stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and accuracy. Calculated and designed using finite element analysis software, we guarantee our high standards of precision and quality.

Each press features an upper and lower table/ram plate made of C45E steel, fitted with T-slots according to DIN 650. The upper plate guarantees perfect parallelism by means of two lateral guides (diameter 50 mm) with maintenance-free bearings.

HYDRAULICS:
The main cylinder is single-acting with a wear-resistant bushing, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free slide guides.
For rapid approach and return, two lateral double-acting cylinders have been installed to provide fast approach and return movements, equipped with chrome-plated shafts and guides.

REXROTH hydraulic unit with servomotor and advance units, including pre-feed unit for approach and return, and constant power and speed through the servomotor system, return lock, pressure relief valve, spindle shut-off valve, and air cooling.

ELECTRICS:
Standard equipment includes a SIEMENS PLC model SIMATRIC S7 1200 and a 7" movable control panel model MPT-700. Programming of force, stroke, and speeds is possible, with storage capacity for up to 300 programs.
Electrical and hydraulic valves are redundant and automatically controlled. An additional safety block and auto-monitoring devices for valves and safety features are included. Functionality checks and certification of correct operation and the safety distance for the light barriers are provided.

Operation is via a low-voltage electric foot pedal.

To ensure safety, the front working area includes category 4 PLe electric safety locks, two hinged side safety guards with safety valves, and LED interior lighting.
