DESCRIPTION:
Our horizontal hydraulic ram presses of the HV/NC series are available with three different pressing forces from 150 to 300 tons. Horizontal hydraulic presses are specifically designed for the straightening and bending of profiles, bars, and beams.
Thanks to the horizontal design of the machine, large beams and profiles can be worked with ease. The latest generation horizontal hydraulic press of the HV/NC series has evolved into a versatile machine capable of accommodating a wide range of tool options.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
The horizontal hydraulic straightening presses of the HV/NC series consist of a C-frame electro-welded structure manufactured exclusively from S355JR steel. The frame is stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and precision. The design is calculated using finite element software. All of these features ensure that we consistently meet our high standards for robustness, precision, and quality.
They are equipped with a main sliding table and a rear support table made of high-strength steel with T-slots to DIN 650. Support blocks made from C45E steel are supplied as standard. The main table ensures perfect parallelism via four cylindrical guides with maintenance-free bimetallic bushings for frictionless operation.
Adjustable support rollers on each side are included as standard equipment.

Double-acting cylinder with seamless cold-drawn tube, chromed piston, and maintenance-free wear-resistant guides.
Motorized hydraulic unit with two speeds and automatic fast-speed shut-off. Includes a cylinder decompression valve.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY

The machine features a SIEMENS safety PLC, SIMATIC S7 1200 type and a 4-inch MTP-400-type touchscreen located above the electric foot pedal. It allows programming of semi-automatic and automatic operation modes, power, stroke, and dwell time of the upper cylinder. There is a memory capacity for 99 recipes, with all parameters programmable for each recipe.
The electrical control panel features a selector switch for choosing between manual or automatic operation, and a keyed selector for maintenance operations.
Electrical and hydraulic controls are redundant and self-monitoring. An additional safety block and self-monitoring devices for controls and safety are integrated.
