The MV-600E/NC Four-Column Hydraulic Press belongs to the M/NC series and has been specifically developed for greater precision and capacity, designed for punching, deep drawing, stamping, and deburring tasks.

CONSTRUCTION AND TABLE
• Composed of three electro-welded blocks manufactured exclusively from S355JR steel.
• Stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
• Calculated and designed using finite element analysis software.
• Equipped with a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 PLC and a 7" HMI KTP-700 touch panel. This allows programming of force, ram stroke, and speeds, with storage for up to 300 different work cycles.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
• Double-acting cylinder with honed barrel, hard-chromed piston, and maintenance-free wear guides.
• Motorized hydraulic unit with two speeds and automatic shut-off of fast speed. High-pressure pump and 10-micron return filter. Includes cylinder decompression valve, directional valve, and safety valve. A side-mounted pressure switch allows adjustment of optimal working pressure.
• Glycerine-filled tonnage gauge.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• The control panel includes a selector switch for manual, semi-automatic, or automatic operation, as well as a selector for choosing fast or slow speed.
• Equipped with PLC for internal coordination of operations and decompression times.
• Operation via low-voltage two-hand control station.
• Electrical and hydraulic controls are redundant and self-monitoring, with an additional safety block and self-check devices for movements and safety. Includes inspection and certification of correct function and safety distances for light curtains.
• Safety measures include Category IV light curtains in the front working area, two fixed side guards, and a rear movable guard with a magnetic interlock switch.
• Fitted with IXON system for online connectivity in case of faults or reprogramming needs.
• Ladder with upper walkway for maintenance access (scaffold).
