We have designed motorized hydraulic presses with a movable gantry and adjustable ram in the ST series, offering a range of three different capacities from 80 to 150 tons.
Specifically designed for straightening welded structures and plates cut by oxy-fuel or laser.

Its design facilitates the loading and unloading of large volumes: parts, plates, or structures.
It allows access to different pressure points without the need to move the workpiece, thanks to the lateral movement of the cylinder and the longitudinal movement of the gantry.

STRUCTURE AND WORKTABLES:
The ST series hydraulic presses consist of an electro-welded frame made exclusively of S355JR steel. The frame is stress-relieved and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision. It is engineered and calculated using finite element method software. With all this, we always guarantee our high standards of accuracy and quality.
The gantry features longitudinal movement.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT:
Double-acting cylinder with a honed barrel, chromed piston rod, and maintenance-free anti-wear guides. The cylinder is actuated by a lever-operated hydraulic valve.
It is equipped with a detachable pad to protect the piston rod from damage.
The motorized hydraulic power unit is two-speed, with automatic disengagement of the rapid approach speed by hydraulic pressure and a pressure relief valve.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY:
The electrical system is equipped with a motor protector and emergency stop.
Supplied with a glycerin-filled pressure gauge (reading in tons) and hydraulic oil.
Complies with all essential health and safety requirements according to CE standards.
Supplied with an instruction manual.
