The TL-100/10000E hydraulic press is part of the T/NC series and was specifically designed for straightening welded structures and cut sheet metal.
As with all of our hydraulic presses in this series, its construction simplifies the loading and unloading of large workpieces. Thanks to the cylinder’s lateral movement and the bridge’s longitudinal travel, it is possible to access various pressing points without having to move the workpiece.
The machine conforms to all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.

FRAME AND TABLE

• Electro-welded frame made exclusively of S355JR steel.
• Stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
• Designed and calculated using finite element software.
• The longitudinal movement of the bridge is achieved via a frequency inverter and toothed belt drive.
• The head’s lateral movement is motorized.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
• Double-acting cylinder with honed bore, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free anti-wear guides.
• Fitted with a removable and interchangeable pad to prevent piston wear, machined at the end to suit tooling.
• Equipped as standard with a cylinder anti-rotation device and a calibrated front face with limit switches to set the ram stroke.
• Motorized hydraulic unit with two speeds and automatic high-speed shut-off.
• Cylinder decompression valve.
• Pressure regulator.
• Glycerin-filled pressure gauge with tonnage indication.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• Control panel includes a selector switch to choose between manual and semi-automatic operation.
• There is also a selector switch to choose between fast approach and slow working speed.
• Operation is via a pendant control with emergency stop and low-voltage control circuit.
• Includes a cycle confirm button.
