Overview
The Hiwell AMF 600-V Automatic Food Forming Machine is used for shaping and portioning a variety of products via a form plate system.

Servo Feed System
The feed screw is equipped with a servo control system to prevent material crushing and ensure higher reliability.

Servo Form Plate Drive System
The servo-driven form plate drive system with high repeat accuracy guarantees high reliability at a speed of 100 cycles/min. The food forming machine is equipped with fewer wear parts to reduce your operating and maintenance costs.

Stainless Steel Form Platform
The form platform is made of stainless steel plate. With high processing and positioning precision, the platform ensures stable and high-speed operation of the form plate system.

Hydraulic Quick-Fill System
Imported hydraulic filling system and high-precision filling cavity can quickly fill the form plates without material loss.

Touchscreen Control
The touchscreen control system features a new user interface, multilingual input, easy parameter setting, automatic data storage, automatic fault diagnosis, EtherCAT bus control, and high-speed data communication.

Good Compatibility with Metal Form Plates
Metal form plates offer excellent wear resistance, long service life, and minimal material loss. The food forming unit can process a wide range of products, including meat, fish, potatoes, vegetables, and bakery goods.

High Productivity and Operability
The fuzzy design software can automatically adjust the forming speed according to the conveyor’s output, ensuring product consistency for both small and large food batches.
