HMH Systems AG SYPRO Dual 200

The used Sypro Dual 200 feed base unit for UPS 3, designed for continuous or intermittent blister lines (width: 700 mm), is being sold due to the acquisition of a new system. The machine was commissioned at the end of 2022. It features tablet storage with breakage separation, a 500 mm storage bin, and two feed troughs. The first trough feeds products from the storage bin. In the second trough, products pass between two plates; the lower plate is perforated to allow broken pieces to fall through. Detachable tablet storage hopper.

Axis System:
All axes are controlled by servo motors. The feeder is equipped with the following axes: X, Y (crosswise and lengthwise to the film), upper and lower pin drives for singulation, and Z-lift for lifting off the film.

Control System:
Itodow Npgqopfx Aahsr
Machine control via Sigmatek RPS. Up to 500 products can be stored with all settings. Four access levels. Event logging enabled.

Performance:
Base unit output: up to 60 dosing cycles/min.
Maximum film speed: 20 m/min
