This listing is for a puree turbine from the premium manufacturer Hobart, model PVM 302. This is a mobile, highly versatile turbo mixer designed for pureeing, mixing, chopping, emulsifying, stirring, and more. It is ideally suited for applications such as vegetable, meat, and fish soups, sauces, grated vegetables, mashed potatoes, yogurt, dressings, fruit and vegetable purees, liquid doughs, baked goods, sorbets, and omelets. Its compact dimensions and user-friendly operation ensure quick, cost-effective use even in areas with limited space.

The PVM 302 is equipped with an integrated safety feature that prevents automatic restart after a power outage or network shutdown. Electrically, the mixer head can only be operated when it is set higher than 300 mm or lower than 900 mm.

The turbine has been completely overhauled in our in-house specialist workshop and is fully functional. The machine runs very quietly. The device can be inspected and demonstrated at our workshop. Upon request, we can also provide a video demonstration of the machine.

Frame and all food-contact parts made of 18/9 stainless steel. The machine is mobile with 4 large wheels, two of which are lockable and swiveling. Stable design ensures the machine is tip-resistant thanks to rear stabilizers.
Equipped with a high-performance turbine and both vertical and horizontal blade assemblies for excellent chopping and pureeing performance. Turbine with intake protection ring. Power transmission via flexible shaft. The machine has GS/CE certification.
Motor: Special ball-bearing motor with motor protection switch and robust on/off switch, suitable for continuous operation. Turbine has two speeds:
I. Speed: 725 rpm (gentle speed)
II. Speed: 1450 rpm (high speed)
