Technical Manufacturer's Description:

The H600 high-performance shredder with its flexible range of applications can process all types of wood materials (hardwood, softwood, chipboard, MDF materials, plywood, veneer offcuts, etc.) into fuel chips. When handling bulky materials, it achieves enormous volume reduction of the material. The hydraulically controlled pusher feeds the wood waste to be shredded into the rotor’s cutting area, operating automatically and load-dependently. The high-performance E-rotor, made from solid steel, has a diameter of 252 mm and operates with a rotor speed of 85-95 rpm. The concave-ground, aggressive, and four-way indexable cutting knives/rotary cutters are seated in milled knife pockets on special knife holders. This highly efficient system guarantees high throughput, low energy consumption, and optimal discharge of the shredded material by reducing the cutting gap between the counter knife and the rotor. Chip size (10 - 60 mm).
