Forescolour, consisting of milling table (X-axis), portal (Y-axis), Z-axis unit in compact panel and base frame, with adjustable machine feet. Milling bed as sacrificial plate in 19mm MDF. Table openings preconfigured lengthwise and crosswise. Mechanical set consisting of profile guides including profile bearing blocks, ball screws and precision racks. All elements assembled, pre-lubricated including trial run, ready for immediate operation. Control set consisting of control cables, energy chains, planetary gearboxes, stepper motors, high-performance power stages, power supply and toroidal core transformer, all pre-assembled in the control cabinet, as well as sensors for each axis.

Vacuum pump from Becker, output 100 m³/h, oil-lubricated. For electrical connection, a plug with AC 16 amperes, 400 V is required. Customer must provide HDF 3mm, raw on both sides, for the entire vacuum table (2500x1300mm) as a sacrificial plate. (Recommended use: machining of coated wood materials)
