The professional perfect binder for flawless bindings. This fully automatic, exceptionally robust machine is designed for processing hotmelt adhesives, and is suitable even for small and ultra-short runs, including single-copy production.
The Horizon BQ-270V is a single-clamp automatic binder with automatic cover feeding, delivering consistently high-quality, perfectly bound books in one-man operation.
With its Touch&Work technology, Horizon revolutionizes operation of print finishing equipment, providing quick and easy setup. Shortest changeover times increase flexibility and efficiency.

Special features:
- Binds books from 1 to 50 mm spine thickness and spine lengths from 135 to 320 mm, with a cycle rate of up to 500 books/hour
- Standard milling unit equipped with additional notching knives and dust brushes
- Milling depth adjustable up to 3 mm
- Automatic cover feed via suction drum feeder ensures secure, consistent positioning to the book block
- Standard creasing station for four creases in the cover, adjusts automatically with precise alignment. Two-fold creasing is optional
- Standard measuring station for book block thickness. Measurement is performed during machine operation and is significantly faster than in-clamp measurement. Highly efficient for minimal runs and single-copy production
