The automatic cartoning machine ZHJ-150 is suitable for packaging alu-PVC blisters, round bottles, special bottles, shaped bottles, and similar products. Package inserts can be automatically folded, cartons erected, products inserted, and cartons closed again (with offset tuck-in closure). Embossing on the cartons is possible.
This machine is equipped with PLC control, with each station monitored by photoelectric sensors. If a problem is detected during operation, the machine stops automatically and displays the error message.
This machine can be operated as a standalone unit or integrated with a blister packaging machine and other upstream equipment.
The machine can be inspected and tested with your own products at our facility in 73084 Salach, Germany at any time. Depending on your product, it is also possible to order a new machine from us. We also offer various blister and cartoning machines.
