Two complete injection moulding production units are available, each equipped with two Husky injection moulding machines, four complete moulds with all-metal separators, gravimetric blending systems from Motan, and overhead crane systems.

2) 48-cavity H-PET mould, preform weight: 17.8g, length: 89.35mm, wall thickness: 3.06mm, base thickness: 2.30mm, cavities: 48, cycle time: 12.1s–12.7s.

3) 48-cavity H-PET mould, preform weight: 30.26g, length: 122.3mm, wall thickness: 3mm, base thickness: 2.3mm, cavities: 48, cycle time: 14.4s–15s.

4) 32-cavity H-PET mould, preform weight: 18g, length: 82.04mm, wall thickness: 2.7mm, base thickness: 2.2mm, cavities: 32, cycle time: 11s–11.7s.

5) 32-cavity H-PET mould, preform weight: 29g, length: 108.59mm, wall thickness: 3.16mm, base thickness: 2.42mm, cavities: 32, cycle time: 13.4s–14s.
