Rotors can operate asynchronously to facilitate material break-up.
Shredding unit equipped with 2 rotors, each 660 mm in diameter and 2260 mm in length, featuring oversized steel shafts and high-capacity, bi-directional, replaceable shredding tools (bolt-mounted).
The tools, made especially from manganese steel with high abrasion resistance, are arranged to ensure aggressive shredding and maximum throughput. Either 16 or 32 tools can be mounted per rotor.
Side cutting combs are made from special, highly abrasion-resistant steel.
Deflector sealing system at the shaft passages through the crusher housing. Grinding comb located beneath the rotors for refining the shredded material.
Automatic reverse function is engaged as soon as the pressure threshold is reached or the selected program requires it.
Rotor speed is adjustable from 20 to 40 rpm.
Shredding can take place in both directions, including during the reverse cycle.
The discharge conveyor belt is 1400 mm wide with a discharge height of approximately 3200 mm.
