Stable double-column frame press with adjustable quadruple prism guides, equipped with:

• Hydropneumatic sliding table (approx. 625 mm transverse stroke) with two clamping surfaces, which accommodate the pressed parts and the lower tool, position them under the ram, and after the pressing operation transport them to the rear onto a stacking device. The table then returns to the starting position. This system can be easily removed or modified.
• CNC press controller (Siemens S5) with monitor for input of all relevant process data or for saving tooling data, allowing for easier and faster machine setup and for monitoring part transport. Shuttle table holder.
• SICK light barriers fitted at the front press area/ loading station.
• The ram is equipped with an electromechanical depth stop (300 mm stroke) and hydraulic tool clamping device, as well as integrated hydraulic ejector.
• Displays for pressure and oil temperature, part counter, foot switch, two-hand release, central lubrication,
hydraulic oil flow cooling, free-standing electrical cabinet, etc.

The machine was used for pressing edge trims on cylinder head gaskets.
