Ilpra FS 5000 is equipped with two-stage filling stations. The filling heads are designed for various products such as yogurt, cream, sauces, milk, 1 cm fruit pieces, pudding, and more. Owing to their ease of maintenance, these machines are highly recommended for production halls and ensure consistent productivity. Ilpra cup fillers are primarily driven by a main motor that controls the air cylinders at the individual stations. Filling volumes are adjusted according to customer requirements; the standard fill range is 50–500 ml per cup. On request, the fill volume can be increased by enlarging the fill cylinder diameter.
